You may return your items back to us for a store credit within 7 days of receiving your purchase. If 7 days have gone by since your item was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a store credit or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If your item is not in it's original condition we will send it back to you.

Email us at baccend@baccendballer.com stating your order number & reason for return, we will then provide you with the return address.
Please note, the return costs must be covered by the customer. We advise to hold on to your tracking information as we will not be held liable for any missing returns.
